1. Subscription Plans
Shinamp offers monthly subscription-based plans that grant access to our media customization and rendering services.
All subscription fees are non-refundable, including partial periods and unused credits.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
2. Custom Packages (Photoshoot / Promo Gold)
Custom, on-location packages such as the Photoshoot / Promo Gold package are handled through direct agreements and booking confirmation.
Once a shoot is confirmed and scheduled, the service is non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled shoot may incur full charges or a rescheduling fee.
3. Failed Renders or Technical Issues
If your rendered media is incomplete, corrupted, or failed due to a technical issue on our end:
Please contact us within 7 days of the issue.
We will investigate and, if the error is confirmed, we will re-render the content at no cost or offer an appropriate credit to your account.
4. Unauthorized Charges or Billing Errors
If you believe you’ve been incorrectly charged or experienced a billing issue:

We will review the case and issue a correction or refund if applicable.
5. No Guarantee of Results
While we provide professional-quality media and tools, we do not guarantee any specific business outcomes (e.g., engagement, views, sales) and no refunds are provided based on performance.
